We are now looking for a new star to join our team!
Do you have education and/or experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry? We are currently seeking a Head Server who is ready to take full responsibility for the daily operations of our service.
Your responsibilities:
- Hiring, coaching, and managing staff.
- Scheduling.
- Inventory, waste management, and cost calculations.
- Providing innovative ideas for menu development.
- Planning events and activities.
- Serving duties.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone with experience in the restaurant industry and leadership skills. You should be comfortable with both office work and working behind the bar during a shift. You need to be quick on your feet, able to solve problems under pressure, and handle staff conflicts. Fluent Swedish and English are required.

About the position:
The position is full-time with varying working hours, including evenings and weekends. The employment begins in early September, including a short training period. It is a six-month probationary period.
